Established in the year 2008 at the Rajganj Campus, the Department of Business Administration at North Bengal St. Xavier’s College (Affiliated to University of North Bengal) has been at the forefront of shaping future business leaders. With a vision to expand its reach and impact, the Siliguri Campus became operational in 2016, serving as a hub for aspiring management professionals from Siliguri and its surrounding areas.
Recognizing the growing demand for quality management education, the college made a strategic decision to consolidate all business administration programs at the Siliguri Campus from 2016 onwards and then at Matigara Campus from 2025 with a scope for further expansion. This move reinforced its commitment to providing cutting-edge business education with a strong industry-academic interface.
Today, the department offers the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program under both the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP), ensuring that students receive a holistic and flexible learning experience tailored to the dynamic business environment.
With a curriculum designed to foster innovation, leadership, and strategic thinking, the BBA department nurtures young minds, transforming them into competent professionals ready to take on the challenges of the corporate world.
